ŞEHZADE KEBAB


   Its name refers to the heirs of the Ottoman Empire. This
   dish, which comes from the princes, is a special flavor of

   the princes. prepared as a “Şehzade Kebab”. According to the
   legend, the recipe for Şehzade Kebab The mothers of the
   princes, Valide Sultans, have created this unique kebab by
   combining the favorite dishes of the sultans. Richly spiced
