HAVVA ANA PILAF
This pilaf, which is belongs to Trabzon, is usually made
in the villages of Akçaabat and Çarşıbaşı, which are the
western districts of the city. This pilaf, which is roasted
with Trabzon butter, bulgur and rice, and cooked with
boiled speckled beans from the Red Bean family, is
served with yogurt.
